HSF Affiliates LLC, the parent company of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, has an opportunity for a Franchise Sales Director to join our team. We are a subsidiary of HomeServices of America, and an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Summary

The Franchise Sales Director (FSD) supports the company’s expansion goals by soliciting and closing new franchise sales and supports the growth of existing affiliates through merger and acquisition activities. Generates revenue through new affiliates/franchise sales or merger/acquisition transactions with existing affiliates.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

The Franchise Sales Director will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Proactively cover markets with on-sight meetings, initial contacts as well as follow-up appointments, with new prospective affiliates (owners, brokers, managers).
  • Develop new prospective affiliate relationships by cultivating meetings and conversations over the telephone.
  • Presentations in the field to new prospective affiliates as well as coordinate presentations with HSF corporate staff and prospects, both in the field and at HSF corporate office in Irvine.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to proactively manage the internal communications required to successfully package, process/review and approve new franchise sales packages.
  • Maintain all activity (calls, contacts, appointments, presentations, applications, closings) on CRM platform [please apply online]

Work Experience/Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • Experience managing sales activities in an enterprise sales management system such as [please apply online]
  • History of managing complex sales cycles with multiple influencers involved in the decision, multiple steps in the sales cycle and multiple internal groups to coordinate in order to close sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in all types of online software and word processing/office productivity applications such as cloud-based web applications, MS word, MS excel.
  • Exceptional presentations skills and ability to use online sales presentations applications.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience in a corporate sales environment as well as a consultative sales environment.

  • Ability to travel weekly.
